Essential performance mod combo?

What performance mods work best with eachother and sort of alleviate some of the engine CPU limitations best?

I am using an i5 11400 and an RTX 2080

I have currently experimented with NVSE, NVTF, DXVK, but I am suffering some minor stuttering and am wondering what else I might make use of or if perhaps some of these mods conflict with others,

What is your performance mod selection and what do you recommend?

The NVTF tick fix mod doesnt seem to work too well for me btw, I can still feel the frame stutter every few frames that this game suffers from.

Ignore the Steam guides. The good ones are all cribbed from Viva New Vegas, but aren't kept nearly as up-to-date.

Folllow the Viva New Vegas[vivanewvegas.moddinglinked.com] guide, and the Performance Guide[performance.moddinglinked.com] and you should be golden with that PC.
