Question about TTW

I can not run fallout 3 I've tried everything and I love fallout 3 and faout nv even though TTW don't make sense with the main fallout nv protag only because the fallout 3 main protag and fallout nv protag are two different people in lore, Question 1. What mods are and are not compatible with TTW? and 2 Question: Does TTW use both fallout nv and fallout 3 esm's? 3rd Question: After the main protag completes all main questlines from main game and dlc's and starts fallout nv mojave side can the protag go back to the fallout 3's DC area?

Regarding number 3 - that's correct *unless* playing in Hardcore mode. Unless you send a companion in to turn on the purifier, you will die. TTW restores FO3's original ending when playing Hardcore, so either disable Hardcore before starting the Purifier, or send in a rad-immune companion.

I never play hardcore in any game and I've followed the only youtube installation ttw guide enabled all required files and it launched then crashed so I see I can not play TTW sadly it's the same as if I launched fallout 3 only by itself.

There is no up-to-date YouTube guide for TTW. Use The Best of Times text guide.

Also, if you launched in FO3 content when you started NV, that means TTW is working - otherwise you'd have just ended up in Vegas.

Unless you are totally using TTW wrong - it's a total conversion for New Vegas, so after installing everything into MO2, you will launch NV, not Fallout 3.

I clicked on the NO2 button that said RUN ad tale of two wastelands launcher was set to run yet fallout nv launcher ran instead then crashed.

You have something set up wrong. As I said, if you followed a YouTube guide, you installed it wrong because the guides are wrong. Start from scratch following the official guide, totally and completely.

Still, you probably missed a step - this process has been tested by tens of thousands of users, and there shouldn't be issues like that if you followed it correctly.

That should be fine - we have a channel for TBOT, should be able to get at least some good help.
