every 10 min crash *no mod fix?*

So game crashes every 10mins, on the dot no matter what, any NON-Mod fixes?

YES I UNDERSTAND MODS FIX THINGS, THIS IS ABOUT TRYING TO DO THAT WITHOUT THEM.. IM LOOKING FOR CRASH FIXES WITHOUT MODS. MODS WILL COME IN AFTER THE GAME ACTUALLY RUNS. AND NO NONE OF THEM ON NEXUS MODS WORKS. BUT FEEL FREE TO COMMENT BELOW "jUsT UsE mOdS" -_-

Nope. Youll have to use mods. The game isnt designed for modern hardware and thats why its crashing, mods fix that. Follow this guide up untill you did the Bug Fixes tab, its very clear and simple:

no modding here running it on ultra setting, no crashing, running application as ADMIN and disabled full-screen optimization, and running game in compatibility mode vista pack 2
along with installed windows SDK, disable dual core optimizer in startup if it installed, configuration files can be edited for hardware values beyond its preset configuration, so you can enable more cores or manually adjust settings for other hardware, refer to guide, also disable automatic saves to prevent bugs and game breaking moments in progression.

This game is unplayable without downloading stabilization fixes. Just request a refund if you don't have the technical know how to sit for 3 hours reading and downloading all the techincal stuff to fix it.

3 Hours? Using Viva New Vegas will take about 15 minutes if you install only the Bug Fixing basics

Right, but there is no non-mod fix.

so every 10 mins. did you check windows task scheduler or services? maybe windows is running something every 10 mins that is crashing the game.

try a windows "clean boot". then run steam and the game. maybe one of your non windows apps/programs is causing the issue

check windows event viewer and also windows reliability history? might be an error msg.

run any system monitors? running out of memory, overheating gpu/cpu?

game crashes on my pcs but NOT every 10 mins. just played 25 mins with no crashes to see if latest win 11 or nvidia driver updates caused new issues. and it does run on modern hardware without mods

"The mods on nexus mods don't work" is too vague for us to do anything with. You are either downloading them wrong or downloading old crap.

Everything on Viva New Vegas guide is proven to work. Follow the utilities section and within like 10 mins you will solve your crashing issues. There's is no other solution you can do besides modding.

Ffs I just came back to to make a run in FNV after 6 years since the last time i played it.

After getting reminded about the packs dlcs plugs at the beginning, the craft list bugs and the crashes... Finding that VNV has a wabajack saved the idea of having a run xD.

Really you take less than 2 min installing the wabajack, it doesn`t get anybetter.
