Report a translation problem
People like to joke about all Bethesda games being the same engine, but that's a gross oversimplification. By that logic, the CoD games are mostly running on the Quake 3 engine. Yes, there is a shared origin and a lot of shared code, but more is different than it is the same. Especially when it comes to rendering and scripting.
Just look at the artstyle.
Fo3, somewhat makes sense regarding artstyle (architecture, weapons, etc)
Fnv, makes sense for the most part.
Fo4, looks too cartoony, fake, and not the same quality. Buildings look too unrealistic, weapons look like mish-mashed crap, story is boring but not the worse, locations are underwhelming, so on. Fo4 ruined the dark-themed Fallout with more than less realism in it.
The only reason Tale of Two Wastelands works is because New Vegas is just Fallout 3 with a new skin and some added mechanics.
Fallout 4 on the other hand is a completely different game from the ground up that uses a different engine completely.
The closest thing you are going to get is this guy rebuilding the world of New Vegas inside of Fallout 4, but it's not the story of FNV. Also, this mod has only been in development since 2016. These giant mods almost never get released, and when they do, it's usually a disaster.
