Report a translation problem
This is probably your issue. Vortex screws up the order of basically everything at this point.
Works flawlessly for every Bethesda game for me. Not sure what problem others are having. And if it IS wrong, you can manually set the load order still. People need to stop blaming the mod manager for either their mistakes or mod problems.
Never install mods without reading their entire description first.
Also never update them unless it fixes something broken in them; if it's working and ain't breaking anything in your game, don't touch it(I learned this lesson the hard way a few months back - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.)
It's not always the players problem, depending on how many mods/ what mods a person is using Vortex is known to have the occasional hiccup during installation so they won't work properly on a file level. You're better off swapping to Mod Organizer 2 to eliminate that possibility (it also has full nexus compatibility so you're not missing out on the QoL features that vortex has)
But if your game is working as you want it to and you don't plan on making any major changes to your mod list then stick with what you have. It's not worth the risk at that point.
