Can't figure out what mods causing issues

First time modding new vegas in awhile and just trying to get it to work but its either crashing after 3 minutes of playing or wont load in at all and despite my numerous hours of trouble shooting I just have had 0 luck. I'm sure someone smarter than me can see the issue from a mile away but alas I am not a smart man.
