4 of my fade settings kept resetting if made any changes to it in a new save, fix?

Game has so many many bugs and some of them are game breaking. Currently im unfortunately encountered another bug tho im lucky its not a gamebreaking one or maybe it is because of the mods.

Everytime i tried a new save, four of my fade settings can't be changed, if changed it will just resets back. Those fade settings are actor fade, item fade, object fade, and grass fade.

Change them in the settings from the launch window.

Change your settings via the config files.

Done that already, when playing the fade options are changed to lower values.
