Error After installing Heap Replacer MOD, "NVHR - Your game is not LAA, please apply 4GB Patcher"

I just installed heap replacer after watch ESO guide to modding. Following all steps, get this message "NVHR - Your game is not LAA, please apply 4GB Patcher" when booting up game. Can still play game, but worried that files are not working in background now. I have the 4GB Patcher installed and in the file, so I am not sure what to do when this error message comes up, any savvy modders out there that can just tell me (a very new modder) where the fault lies and a solution to this problem?

Sometimes the 4gb Patcher deactivates when doing certain stuff. Simply click on the nvpatcher.exe again.

Did you actually run the 4gb patcher or did you just drop it into the NV folder?

Did run it like the video said, twice. Said its already patched. Did this during the instillation of the patch.

Happens if you verify game files -- need to re-run the patcher and problem solved.
