Follow that before you install mods.
That's why gatekeeping should be a must for everything.
Go play Fallout 4 or 76, you'll probably love them based on your taste. Leave this flawed game alone.

Modern system =/= Old game will work
I play games older than you on my Modern system ;)
Without the overlay its like my PC forgets I'm running the game, and fps drops.
Complain on AMD's youtube channel. AMD would probably fix this, they're doing much better these days with drivers.
There may be a fix, but if you don't have the patience than FNV isn't 4 u because this game's a 'B' to mod n fix, BUT its possible.
Good luck.
FNV is a joke to run.
I run the overlay invisible, it still works.
Just watched a tutorial, first time I ever modded a game, was easier then I thought.
The first game I modded is FNV too, but I only used the 4GB Patcher & NVAC.
Happy to know the game works for you, FNV is a fantastic modern Fallout game!
Thank you for this! I'll use it when I replay FNV in the future.
