Report a translation problem
I remember going through the map for Fallout 3 and visiting all locations and just being uneventful. Felt more like going through a checklist rather than finding actual content. All interiors mods do is add to that checklist.
The only places I could see interiors being useful is in areas like Freeside and Westside to give life to underpopulated areas. Just to show people are actually living in places like an old apartment or hotel/casino.
I can agree with that. Look into Uncut Wasteland, Mojave NPCs, and Living Desert if you haven't already. Brings way more life to the world. Especially in areas that were gutted for consoles, like Freeside.
