Dead Money.
just started dead money, not a big fan but i heard not everyone likes it. i'm still gonna finish it tho
It has the best written character in the entire game and dialogue system that actually matters.

The vault quests are good. Have you done the DLC?

Also what faction did you side with? Some of those can lock you out of other side quests
i don't have dlcs but i'm thinking about getting them, i didn't really side with anyone i had gotten the independent Vegas ending but went to a save before that so i could keep playing. i did the brotherhood quests but once i was done with those i killed them all so i could sell there armor lol, i also have 40k caps and no clue what to spend them on, if i'm not wrong most of the best equipment in the game is required from fighting or found in various places
Their* armor

The dlc adds really good gear you can buy from various vendors, specifically the gun runners Arsenal.

I'd recommend getting the dlc, they are great
alright thanks for the advice, i think i'll probably end up getting them there on sale aswell so it is a good time to do so thanks for the help!
They're* on sale

Did you do Come fly with me? Sending the Gouls off to space.
What about the Brotherhood quests?
Did you join the elite Brotherhood and get the special power armor?
Did you do everything with the boomers?
Did you find out what the Omertas were up to?
The whole game is full of optional side quests.....how did you not do any?
You must be joking.

Welcome to the New Vegas community. Sooner or later you'll encounter the obnoxious fan who predominantly plays third person, triple A, action adventure games with RPG elements that slapped with "RPG" tag and they think they command the knowledge of all RPG ever existed (this person is of course, hypothetical for now)

Is that the sierra madre one? It's really badly done. I had to get an old screen out of my closet that had gamma brightness that went far enough so I could see the game.

With that level of radiation pouring off the screen, I could only play for 15 mins at a time before the tears pouring out of my burning eyes became too distracting.

I think you pay once and get all the DLCs.

Edit: Bear in mind, you're going to have to mod at least the stability mods. Addition of DLC causes more crashes.
i only had about 3 crashes in 70 hours of gameplay so hopefully i'll be fine, with that few crashes will it really make a difference? either way i have stability mods but their just not on since i personally haven't had many issues but thanks for the help!
They're*

Depends on the DLC and what you're doing.

Example: if you're at the final fight on hoover dam, and you try going backwards instead of progressing to next room and toward the final fight, it will crash every time. This is just a scripting error, they made the door backwards openable but didn't bother to make a room behind it.

Sometimes in DLCs, you will have a similar thing when trying to cross a certain boundary. I got it in Honest Hearts when I went back down the river from the crashed bus. Then, one time, I just took a path around it, and it worked fine. Error never happened again. By the way gameplay in honest hearts was amazing, they could have made a whole fallout around it (although the story was absolute garbage).
What do you mean by gameplay?

All the caves were original, had interesting loot in them, and were tied in a story. In main game most of them are cookie cutter copies and generally boring. Combat was more open to sniping, which I enjoyed, but also people could use the rocks to approach NPCs and hit with melee. The various tribes actually stalked each other and fought with each other outside quests, as well as hunting the animals. This just doesn't happen in the main quests, the Fiends wont just assault a NCR checkpoint outside of an ambush. I saw this happening in Fallout 3 next to the gas station entrance, to the virtual reality vault, and I missed it.

I also liked the drug trip lmao. It wasn't overbearing like the ridiculous drug trip in F3, it was just right.
