viva new vegas missing textures

the ground textures keep flashing to all black and back blood spots on screen are yellow not sure what to do. don't know how to post pics. any suggestions

OK after much trial and error i narrowed it down to Improved Lighting Shaders after that i found

witch fixed the problem apparently its missed in the wabbajack installation.

Are you using a terrain retexture mod? Flashing black textures are usually a result of running out of ram because the textures are too large. If you don't, did you make sure you installed everything in the utilities section, and make sure they're actually working through the console?

i used wabbajack with slandered viva new Vegas disabled Jsawyer and the dependency's.
i used the bsa Decompressor

Make sure the mod limit fix is installed and NVTF is correctly configured.

If anyone finds this down the road like I did; disabling improved lighting shaders in MO2 resolved the blood splatter and the black textures issues for me with viva new Vegas (I did a manual install not wabbajack mind you.)

Been trying to fix this issue for about an hour now and this finally fixed it!! Thank you
