Report a translation problem
Assuming you have installed Fallout New Vegas via Steam on your C: drive, you should be able to find the GECKCustom.ini file in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\GECKCustom.ini
Extra steps to fix your issue:
Navigate to your GECK installation folder.
Create a new text file and name it "GECKCustom.ini".
Open the file in a text editor.
Add the following line to the file: bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1
Save the file and close the text editor.
