Try using a different drug that has a similar effect, such as Mentats or RadAway. This may help to clear the active effect. If you have multiple doses of Fixer, try using a different one to see if it clears the active effect.
Open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key and type "player.dispel 0010ad56" (without quotes). This should remove the Fixer effect from your character.
Note:
Using the console command disables the achievement in-game.
Fixer is a drug in Fallout: New Vegas. Fixer is a powerful chem that plays a crucial role in the gameplay of Fallout: New Vegas. This chem is specifically designed to help players who are struggling with addiction to other chems or drugs. Addiction can be a significant problem in the game, as it can lead to a range of negative effects on the player character's stats, making it harder to succeed in combat or complete quests.
Fortunately, Fixer can help alleviate these problems by providing a temporary boost to the player character's Medicine skill, which can be used to heal injuries and pass skill checks. Additionally, Fixer can remove the negative effects of any addiction the player character may have, effectively curing them of their addiction.
This makes Fixer an incredibly valuable resource for players, as it not only helps to improve their abilities in combat and skill checks but also helps to mitigate the negative effects of addiction. The availability of Fixer throughout the game world, as well as the ability to craft it using a Chemistry Set and the appropriate ingredients, makes it a highly sought-after item for players who want to succeed in the game.
