<NULL> version 0 (jip_nvse.dll, JIP LN NVSE Plugin) couldn't be loaded due to an error (win32 error code: 126
Are you trying to install JIP through Vortex, Mod Organizer 2, or just manually into your Fallout New Vegas folder?
Have you installed xNVSE before attempt to download JIP?
Is your Fallout New Vegas folder is located under Program Files or any of its sub-folder?
What guide did you follow?
Please be verbose as possible. The more info you provide, more likely you get to solve your issue with the help of the others.
There really is nothing to say past what I did. I've installed this before and this time it's just not working. I also followed the guide on the mod page for JIP, tried once through the mod organizer, and again through pasting the folders in data.
I had xnvse installed, it works fine. This also goes to the 4gb patch, Johnny Guitar, etc.
I tried to install JIP, I put the folders in data and it just doesn't appear. None of its commands function, FalloutCustom.ini doesn't appear, among other issues.

I have since figured out the issue. For some reason downloading JIP doesn't seem to download texteditmenu.xml, which should be in the 7z file.
I don't know what's causing this, is there any other way to download these files?
This is why Johnny said be specific. Putting them just in the data folder is wrong. And you have to create the custom.ini yourself.
Read through the Viva New Vegas guide carefully. You're clearly doing a lot of things wrong and giving yourself a headache.
It's in a stickied post by the author on the mod page.
Yeah, I've checked that and did the GetIsLAA command. It gives me a notification that the command doesn't exist, which is supposed to mean I didn't install it right, but last time it worked fine. (Note that this is my second time doing this, I had a hard drive failure, but i made sure to reinstall all i could)
I uninstalled the game for a bit and I'm gonna wait a small bit til I'm more cooled off for it.
I'll run through the VNV guide again after this.
It's updated.
I did a reinstall and only installed xnvse, the 4gb patch and JIP LN NVSE. The GetIsLAA command is still not working. I followed this before and it's just not working.
I did nothing different, windows updated and the game was just working afterwards with the getislaa command.
Note that this whole issue happened after a clean windows install, so maybe there was something to do with that.
I wasn't doing the install wrong, I'd gotten this error on the same install, I just randomly decided to open nvse again, because maybe something changed, and it did.
