Missing doors/exits in Hidden Valley and other areas.

I'll preface this, and apologize, by saying I'm not very good at getting mods to work. I use NMM and if it doesn't work I just go without. In adding quite a few mods to the vanilla game, I've come across a problem I cannot seem to find an answer for so I'm reaching out to the nice men and women here to try to help me make the game playable again.

I recently added in about ten quest mods on top of a rather large list of other mods (Generally bug fixes and gameplay tweaks), and usually the biggest problem I have is some conflict of mapping or the game will simply crash. I start up my game to check the stability, I'm inside the Observation area of HELIOS-One, and the doors to the outside areas are missing, open into nothing more than the gaping grey abyss.

I figure this might just be an issue with this one particular area, so I manage to console command my way elsewhere and just write off the quest in exchange for all the other quests I will be able to do. I go to Hidden Valley for one of these quests, and see that all of the bunkers save for the one leading to the BoS base are gone, black empty squares and no exits. That type of metal door with the turning mechanism in the middle is absent elsewhere in the game, and I suspect something has completely erased them.

I've turned off all of my mods, even the DLC, and have reinstalled New Vegas, and this seems to still happen. Can anyone offer some help? I do have FNVEdit, but I am horribly illiterate with it and didn't want to risk something messing up my game, but if someone can offer a bit of help I'm willing to try most things now to get the game back into working order.

I'm having similar issue, but I totaly lost track of all the mods I have installed. Did you find any answers?

I'm gonna go ahead and presume (and hope) that this isn't a several year old thread or anything, though I'm sorry for the necro-post either way. I have pretty much this exact same problem, though I only encountered it in Old World Blues, as a whole lot of doors there are gone. Sooo... Can anyone help with this? If load order really is needed, I can post that after.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I was just hoping that considering the problem persists with all mods turned off it wouldn't be related. Anyways, load order is here.

Also, just to mention, I've tried LOOT and that didn't solve it. Just, y'know, to say.
