Question about a fallout new vegas mod I've found?

Anyone know what A Soul of Fallen Worlds mod is? I've tried to watch a youtube video of the mod but it's all in russian, and is it a worthy mod or will it mess up my fallout new vegas? while some mods like tale of two wastelands looks tempting the bugs and issues frighten me to never even gamble/give it a try and A Soul of Fallen Worlds mod is not on the nexus so I am wondering how it is?
