Regardless of what you perceive being broken and whether or not it crashes regularly, that modlist is horrendously broken.
Project Nevada *will* destroy your save over time, and render it unplayable. That's a fact of how it works, and has been confirmed by several of the original authors (as well as literally every other competent modern modder).
ILO - heavily incompatible. With Nevada Skies, it's mostly not actually working, either.
Nevada Skies - broken scripts, broken mod. You're losing 20FPS just due to its bad precipitation scripts *alone*.
CASM - literally fixes nothing. Use the save functionality in Stewie's instead.
OG Classic Fallout Weapons? Horrendously broken.
Unlimited Companions - breaks companion AI packages. Your companions aren't working as intended, regardless of your opinion. Why on earth would you use that instead of JIP CCC?
EVE/WMX - overwriting and re-breaking all the weapon mesh fixes from TTW. Broken.
Weapons of the New Millenia - obsolete and broken. Even Millenia herself recommends against using it.
You may not always see what's broken, but if you don't know what is happening under the hood that doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ isn't busted as ♥♥♥♥.
Play a broken game if you want. Don't recommend it to others. That load order will destroy saves and cause unneeded crashes.
Don't encourage ♥♥♥♥ like that. It's broken beyond belief. ILO is massively incompatible - it's not even doing much of anything in his setup.
Use Simple Interior Lighting Overhaul - it's compatible with everything.
It would be broken even if it weren't TTW. NS and PN in particular are just objectively broken in the extreme. Same with ILO when combined with literally anything else that touches interiors.
As I said, try SILO if you want a similar (and compatible) impact on gameplay.
Bad load orders don't piss me off unless people ask for help "fixing" them - what pisses me off is people recommended busted-ass LOs and modlists in places where new users will run into them. It's irresponsible, and broken modlists like that have resulted in literally thousands of people giving up and ragequitting the modding scene before they even really got started.

Do so at your own risk, that's a horribly broken load order that's gonna render his game unplayable after enough time.
This. 100% this. That modlist is neither stable nor actually functional (half of those mods are being overwritten and invalidated by the other half).
It also will not work with NC - as I mentioned to you before, NC is hard incompatible with tons of other mods (including TTW, despite the fake patch on Nexus) due to repurposing vanilla records that other mods LITERALLY REQUIRE in order to function.
