HELIOS 1 Bug

I'm doing the Helios one guest, got to the mainframe terminal, repaired the wiring, but the terminal is still unresponsive when I try to activate it. The Mr. Handy robot doesn't do anything when I turn him on either. Thinking I should right it off as a bugged quest and leave, unless there is something I'm missing?

You can try typing setstage 000e282d 60 in the console and see if that will advance the quest. If you do use the console command and still want achievements on your current game you'll need to quit the game and reload it to get them.

Only other option, if possible, is to load another older save and retry. I never had a problem with that quest so it's not a buggy quest, just bugged for you sadly.

You can gain access to the terminal by repairing the generator with this...

Or you can fix PYTHON with this...

It's also possible you may be able to fix it just by waiting for an hour.

I figured it out, Rockwell Descent broke it. It clicked when I went into the exact copied area during the quest and found Skynet, a mod that was also supposed to be in the Helios 1 room. Disabled Rockwell, went back to Helios and it worked without issue.
