Blackjack Courier Duster

I have a question guys.
I read about the courier duster around the wiki (since it's my first time playing n I haven't played through lonesome road yet) and found out depending on the faction you favor, you'll get a design in the back of the duster, along with stats.

The one I want to get is the blackjack design, but I have a "Liked" reputation with both NCR and the Legion, and also an "Accepted" reputation in the Strip, so my question is this:
If I wear a faction disguise before and after the final battle (getting me a neutral/negative reputation with all except the strip) will I get Mr House design? If so, I'll lower my reputation in the Strip and go with this plan, to get Blackjack design instead.

Your reputation apparently has to be lower than "Wild Child" with all three factions (the NCR, the Legion, and the Strip) to receive the Yes Man Courier Duster, according to a couple of sites I looked at. Here's a link to the reputation charts in New Vegas. Just remember that if you fail the faction speech check with Ulysses, you should be on your way to getting the Yes Man Courier Duster!

You need to actually play it like you mean it to get the blackjack variant.

Like the above post says, if Ulysses keeps telling you that you believe in nothing, you're gonna get it.

Note also that normally he talks at length about your choices, the factions, and things you've done for/against them, but if you're truly - TRULY - independent, he'll not have a lot to say.

I found the NCR path kind of interesting since it sets the two of you up as a fight between east and west. Of course it also felt weird since I wasn't 100% NCR and normally stab them in the back at the last second for the Yes Man ending.
