is there a way to reset shops/caps in shops

i got alot to sell and i have to wait and it takes too long. is there a command?

just go to Lonesome road, you hit the commissaries before you hit any enemies. ED-E will unlock it for you.

it will have 8000 caps, and will restock every time it drops below a couple hundred caps.

alternatively you could throw items in a trashcan and use a console command to give yourself caps. I guess. I'm not sure the issue. you can always just wait a couple in game days.

there are mods to eliminate wait time so you can instantly wait.

A method I found useful is to also buy some wieghtless items that I would find useful later. So mods for weapons I don't have yet but plan to use (both for myself and my followers), and stimpacks are always nice too. If you are playing non-hardcore you can buyout a trader's ammo stock as well. Even if you don't use it yourself you can break down most normal types of ammo or give it to a follower to waste (about the only good use for advance 9mm or .22 rounds).

A second reason to pay an early visit to Lonesome Road is that you can also find an upgrade that carries over to the normal ED-E in the same early area. It allows you to get a free minor repair of weapon health once a day.

Maybe if you mod it that way. Normally it follows the normal merchant rules of a restock every three days, which goes for every single commissary since they're all one merchant in different places.

They're on separate repair tables even with Jury Rigging. The Stealth Suit is classified as Combat Armor/Medium, not Power Armor/Heavy Armor.
