What happened to Hidden Valley bunker!?

So when i went there first time, it was all ok the door was hard locked n everything was fine, now its all blown up and door was turned into easy locked door

any help what happened? last faction i visited was Boomers and NCR.

There are multiple little bunker rooms around the valley but only one of them lets you actually access the brotherhood settlement. Perhaps you wandered into the wrong one by accident.
