Game ran great until i get to the bison hotel

I had roughly 50 mods and the game was running flawlessly until i got to the bison hotel and then it crashed, i may need to disable all the save on travel and loading the game is known to crash with, i crashed after loading which was my first and only crash.

I had the new anti stutter mod tik and anti crash, they don't seem to prevent CTD.

Well, yes, the saving is messed up; always manual save to a new slot. Or download a mod that does that for you. Also make sure you have the 4GB patch.

Do you already have NVAC and tick fix? These almost eliminate 99.9% of the crashes, if continues crashing is because some mod is causing it.

Doesn't help if his save file is corrupted, do what no1schmo said, disable auto saves.
If it keeps CTD load your save, walk 10 secs in a direction, save again in a new slot, start a new game, skip the cutscene and then load your old save again.
