How do I kill Pacer without getting the rest of the Kings to hate me?

I wouldn't care if the Kings hate me, because I would kill them all but that makes me fail King's Gambit so that's a no-no. I don't want to go talk to Hsu, I just want to kill him. I'm in his room right now. I sneak attack and everything and the Kings still come for me.

You have to go to the old Mormom Fort, go into the file cabinet (near where the snowglobe is) and get Pacer's medical records. That will tell you pacer has a heart condition. Then you can tamper with his stash in his room. He will then die from the drugs.

For anyone else that stumbles on this, the 2nd best way is to use a plasma grenade and crouch at the door south-west of him, then while looking at him, throw the plasma grenade at him then quickly holster your grenade. You need to go to the right of the door because, at least when i played, there was a gang member to the left. - Faster than finding records

I've never tried it before, but does a stealthboy and silenced gun not work? I find that's effective for most times you want to eliminate an npc without getting in trouble.

Best way is to get The King to have you do it...

After you complete a few jobs for The King you get a dialogue option that says, "What do you know about about Pacer?"

When you ask The King this it sets off a chain of events and a small "mini quest" that ends up in you killing Pacer for The King. No fuss, no muss. It comes after you deal with the "soldier Boys" at the train station.

okay, this could actually help me if i wanted to do a second NCR playthrough. just setup "accidents" for Pacer

You can go to East gate and talk with some hobbo, i think his name is Rotface or something like that. and than, after you pay him to give you some tips, when you see that dialogue: "Drugs are everywhere in this city" or something like this, you'll go to the third floor of the King's School, enter at the first left door, and under his bed you'll see a box.
If you have a Psycho, just put the psycho on the box and wait until he dies
