Jacob hoff Missing

so im doing the High times quest and jacob hoff seems to be missing the quest makre points to the location hes supposed to be ,but he's not there ,anyone know how to solve this or if theres no other way to other than spawn him in does anyone know the spawn command for him??

Did you look carefully? The two NPC's in question are easy to miss in the trash and ruin of the Freeside slums. I'd look again before I messed with the console and possibly ruin your game with 2 instances of Jacob Hoff - there are other quests coming up with the Squatters and Freesiders and Atomic Wrangler that involve searching the mean streets and back alleys - so you will either need to learn your way around (again as with the vaults the local maps are not that helpful) or tie yourself to the console key. For codes just do a search of the fan wiki's, I'm sure you can find a list.

yer man already found the other guy,have done this quest before but he is genuienly missing ,the marker points to where he should be but hes not and yer will have a look on the wiki
