EMERGENCY - SEND REINFORCEMENTS
Alright, I am in deep trouble with New Vegas here. Fallout: New Vegas has always been my favorite game ever and I have enjoyed a heavily modded version for quite some time. My problem now is that my game seems to be somehow corrupted? Started a new game and everything was going fine for 20 minutes before I suddenly begin crashing when entering the prospector saloon. On top of that; my game seems to be somehow unable to load textures whenever I load a new area. Everything is covered in red exclamation marks and texture maps seems to be bouncing randomly onto objects. When I reloaded my save for the heck of it, the prospector saloon was almost completely gone - all the navmesh and textures except a sign floating in the air and a couple of chairs out front had simply vanished. I could walk right through it. Of course at that point just about every object around me had also stopped using their textures. I reloaded the same save once again and everything was now completely messed up; I spawned a kilometer up in the sky, looking down at entire square of the cell of Goodsprings and the sea of missing textures and red exclamation marks down below. Before you ask me if I have checked my load order or used ArchiveInvalidation, the answer is yes. The load order seems to be in order, although I will post it here. I have used ArchiveInvalidation around 20 times now. FNVEdit seems to be unable to detect Fallout: New Vegas.exe at this point.
PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE HELP ME.
Fallout: New Vegas is the best game ever and breaks my heart to be unable to enjoy this masterpiece. Here's my load order:

You've broken the mod limit. You currently have 140 active plugins, including FalloutNV.esm and official DLC. The limit is 137. You need to remove plugins or merge them together to bring the total below that.

i know LOOT is just a tool , but load order seems wrong , but if you know better then Loot then go for it.

ps.
do save load order before you change it, with so many mods i doubt that even loot know what is best for all of them

I've never needed LOOT, BOSS, or any of the others like them, and I've only fked up the load order a few times, in any bethesda game. Most of those screwups were becasue a workshop mod (I hates the workshop, but some people only put their mods on workshop) updated.

EDIT*
That came across as bragging. I meant it to indicate that those items aren't necessary when you have common sense and a basic understanding of how load order works.
I actually think relying on those breeds laziness and ignorance among those who've never not used them.

yeah its ok , nothing wrong with no BoSS that is outdate and LOOT , but you most agree with me skyrims apox 300 mods then combinations is simple to many and it stupid not to check if it can see a outdate mod and yuu could have same thing ( some minor was was already inclued in unofficial patch and this could also get your mod nr. down abit maybe ? )

ps.
see it as help hand, its still our job to fix what LOOT dont know or understand... cya

I fail to see how your game can run at all with your load order. Your DLCs should load in this order.
FalloutNV.esm
Deadmoney.esm
Honest Hearts.esm
Old World Blues.esm
Lonesome Road.esm
Gun Runners Arsenal.esm
Mercenary Pack.esm
Tribal Pack.esm
Caravan Pack.esm
Your other .esm
I strongly advise you to use LOOT. After getting your load order sorted so that you can play you might think about creating a merged patch with FNVEdit.
Incunabulum Aug 20, 2016 @ 8:24am
You have multiple plugins that are almost guaranteed to be incompatible.

Several of them, like

BrighterPipboyLight.esp=1
BrighterPipboyLight+.esp=1

I can pretty much assure you that if YOU READ THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS would tell you to only have one of them active.

There are several sets like that in that load order.

Plus, any other problems *may* be due to having more than 137 plugins - ideally keep it under 135 - but I doubt it. However, definitely do not go above 140 - don't add anymore without taking the same number out.

FNV has some weird error with plugin numbers - anything more than 137 and you can start to get wierd behavior, the more you add the more severe things will get. I've seen meshes fail to load, long delays in accessing containers, etc.

You also have EVE FNV-no GRA.esp when you do have GRA, you have Nevada Skies-Ultimate DLC Edition and Nevada Skies-Basic Edition when the mod author explicitly states that you should only have one edition active. As incunabulum states reading the mod authors install instructions will save you a lot of grief. In sum your mods and load order of those mods are totally FUBAR; my advice would be to uninstall all your mods, reinstall FNV, verify your game cache, delete Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini and all your saves and start from scratch. And before you install any mods read the mod authors installation instructions paying attention to any conflicts which may arise; also get familar with LOOT, FNVEdit, nvse, and fnv4gb all of which are a big help in any heavily modded FNV.
