Oh my guard, THANK YOU. Could I interest you in my first born child?
ps.
do save load order before you change it, with so many mods i doubt that even loot know what is best for all of them
shesom joke?
anyway, merge pugins by Mator will solve all your problems
just don't ask Q's on his nexus forum..you have been warned
eh.trust trump to go beyond the limit
EDIT*
That came across as bragging. I meant it to indicate that those items aren't necessary when you have common sense and a basic understanding of how load order works.
I actually think relying on those breeds laziness and ignorance among those who've never not used them.
ps.
see it as help hand, its still our job to fix what LOOT dont know or understand... cya

I strongly advise you to use LOOT. After getting your load order sorted so that you can play you might think about creating a merged patch with FNVEdit.
Several of them, like
BrighterPipboyLight.esp=1
BrighterPipboyLight+.esp=1
I can pretty much assure you that if YOU READ THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS would tell you to only have one of them active.
There are several sets like that in that load order.
Plus, any other problems *may* be due to having more than 137 plugins - ideally keep it under 135 - but I doubt it. However, definitely do not go above 140 - don't add anymore without taking the same number out.
FNV has some weird error with plugin numbers - anything more than 137 and you can start to get wierd behavior, the more you add the more severe things will get. I've seen meshes fail to load, long delays in accessing containers, etc.
