Hoover Dam Investigation

I am currently investigating the hoover dam before the president arrives. I am suppose to find if anything is out of the ordinary and ask everyone questions. I think the quest is called: You know when it happens. I am at a stale mate. I am stuck. I have know idea what to do. I have run around everywhere, aske Fantastic, the engineer( I think he was an engineer)next to him. And a woman who is looking for her boyfriend. I think it has something to do with her boyfriend maybe. But where is her boyfriend?

I had to learn by Kimbal's assassination (a real jerk - like the lady colonel there) so don't feel too bad. It took me two or three separate approaches before I nailed it down - so don't feel too bad again. I'm not sure if you can change sides that late in the game but after one experience I never played the NCR again. At least with Caesar and House what you see is what you get.

Well, Fantastic has nothing to do with this quest, so you can leave him alone. But it has been a long time since Ive done that quest, so I forget the details.

There is this though; the womans boyfriend is an engineer, and his body is hidden somewhere. His clothes have been taken too. /end hint

You don't have to do any of that. You simply have to *investigate*.

Stop using OOC knowledge. The PC doesn't know there's an assassination attempt in the works. So, if the PC is done investigating, report back and let the game play out.
