Electron Charge Pack

so i have about 400 electron cahrge packs and im doing the "old world blues" dlc wherer you go back in time and get lobotomized. so is there a good/effective weapon that uses electron charge packs? where/how would i get it?

Only the tesla cannons, the laser RCW, arc welder, and gatling lasers use electron charge packs.

[Dosbilliam, Boring but Practical]

The only really "good" weapon of the group is the spreadless Tesla Cannon, although the RCW is fun in a "Tommy Gun but lasers" sort of way.
