Completing quest objectives through console commands

I'm having an issue where I'm trying to go for the independence ending with Yes Man, and I'm at the stage where I need to meet with all the various factions. Trouble is, any time I try to enter Gomorrah to meet with the Omertas, my game crashes. Disabling mods doesn't work, either, as disabling them only causes the game to crash when I try to load my save.

By this point I'm resigned to never seeing Gomorrah's interior, but I still need that objective completed in order to move on with the ending I want. So I found the console commands to complete that particular objective. The name of the quest whose objectives I'm trying to complete is "Wild Card: Side Bets," and the specific command I'm entering is this:

setstage <00157322> <70>

When that didn't work, I also tried:

CompleteAllObjectives <00157322>

Both gave me the same error message:

SCRIPTS: Script 'SysWindowCompileAndRun', line 1:
Missing parameter Quest.
Compiled script not saved!

From what I've Googled, it sounds like this means a wrong quest number or something, but I double-checked the wiki and both the quest ID number and the console commands seem to be correct. Am I missing something?

Have you tried teleporting into one of the Gomorrah's other floors if the main entrance always crashes?
Entering a cell from a different entrance can sometimes avoid a crash.

For the basement...
coc gomorrah00

the courtyard...
coc gomorrahcourtyard0

or for the suites floor...
coc gomorrah03

It's obviously no good if you can't get to gomorrah01 at all.
You'll need to complete How Little We Know by either stopping or helping the Omertas.

To stop the racket
setstage 110a63 50 (or 60 to help the Omertas)

Technically, this is all that Yes Man needs...
set vstoryeventracket to 1 (or 2)
