what could be causing fps drop inside casinos?
I use enb and about 40 mods, never had a problem outside in the wastelands. but inside casino like tops and the Ultraluxe in the lobby I get 10 fps drop, if I start a gunfight then it will drop below to 30 fps. what's so demanding inside casino ?

Basically everything important in NV is single threaded. Everything from drawcalls to AI to audio is shoved mostly onto a single core.

Casino interiors are almost worst-case scenarios for the engine - lots of clutter, lots of audio, lots of animations, lots of AI. They are going to drop.

It's going to be worse using NV's broken-ass version of ENB, and even worse if you've got something else broken like Populated Casinos installed.
