The last thing you want to do is update your video drivers, all of the 370 series will crash the game. You want to rollback to the 368.81 version.
The best game ever will be fixed one way or another.
Current beta fix makes the hair disappear.

"Some changes were made to comply with Windows 10 Anniversary Update requirements and we believe this change is the reason why. We have not yet root caused why these changes are affecting the game but we are still investigating. "
And my aniversary update happened today.

Yes - it's been 2 months now since they knew these games were broken.
They are fixing games on every new update.
It will get fixed soon.
Patience is needed, and development takes times and testing.
I now can understand the delays, my project/ nongaming-related is taking so much longer that anticipated.
Hang in there guys.
"Application Issues
[Windows 10][Bethesda Softworks games (Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim)]
Games crash when launched. [1802925]"
Hoping that your issues can be solved, whatever caused them.
It's a combination of both video drivers, and not just those by Nvidia, and the Windows 10 Anniversary update. Nvidia made a post on their forums about it and it has to do with a change made in one of the software protocols used by video cards in the Windows 10 Anniversary upgrade. Any video driver that incorporated that change into it's code causes the game to crash. Windows 7 is not affected as that software protocol was not changed there, it was only done in Windows 10.
