but i have also seen many xp game work on win10, so it not that simple, but they older they are bigger chance that win10 dont like them
and many steam game forum has made community fixes so,
but in basic its all depend how good the programmer made them game engine, and if they was good to see ahead in graphics options and other things.
and it dont help either that if you are nvidia user it might be a new driver also, it seem few steam user have to make a rollback to old drivers
any error msgs in event viewer application log?

I disabled HDR, but from the sounds of it, NV crashes with or without HDR.
Put this file in your New Vegas Directory... it will work
