Why Am I Only Getting Karma From Fiends On Sneak Attacks?
And is there a mod that fixes this bug?

Same with Feral Ghouls.

Fiends love to fight. If you engage them head-on, then you're giving them what they want. Since the fiends are portrayed as raiders, playing their game makes you no better than them...

But if you kill them stealthily, you're not giving them the satisfaction of the thrills of combat and fighting, and these troublemakers die unfulfilled. It's vigilante justice in a way, so you get good karma for it.

I'm actually just making crap up; it's just some weird quirk of the game.

I actually thought this issue was from some cut content/bigger population mods I've been using. Like mods that add more Fiends aren't tagged with karma

Yeah it seems to be consistent with sneak attacks, same for Feral Ghouls like Conrona said. I'm trying to farm good karma before I hit level 50 and YUP changes the good karma from fiends and feral ghouls to an actual reasonable level (from 100 to 5).

Really surprised there's no mod to fix this though, but I'm assuming that's just because of the ridiculous amount of karma they give you in vanilla.

You might be better farming good karma out of making healing powders and donate them to Daniel in HH.

Tried to find Daniel but he isn't there. Even tried referencing his ID and using the "moveto player" command and it didn't work so I'm assuming he doesn't exist in Honest Hearts after you complete it.

...Did you just forget what happens after you beat Honest Hearts?

No, it's just that most DLCs don't really act like you have completed them when you return to them. So I just assumed the NPCs would still be there.

I mean I pretty sure in the ending I got Daniel kills himself but I just assumed everyone would still be there for the reason I stated.

Only OWB does that, so not sure what you mean.

I just assumed. From other games, not the other DLC.
