there's also another mod which adds extra songs to mojave music radio, many of which were present in fallout 3 (that's what i use)
https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39270
Download any radio mod that has the amount of songs that you want. Then copy all the songs from 3, 4, and 76's files. Then rename the songs to the EXACT same name as the song you are going to replace.
For example, say you download a mod and one of the song files is 01.mp3. Take a song out of say, Fallout 3, rename it to 01.mp3, then put it in the mod folder. When the pop up asks if you want to overwrite the song, do it. Then that F3 song will play in game.
If your mod includes "mono" versions of the songs (so they can play on radios in the world) make sure you grab the mono versions from the game files. They should have "mono" in the name. Usually, there's "01.mp3" and "01_mono.mp3". This step is only needed if you care about the radio playing your songs in the game world. Most mods that add radio stations don't include mono versions but if you want to add songs to Radio New Vegas or Mojave Music Radio you'll need to do this step. Otherwise you'll get your song playing on your pipboy while whatever song was vanilla will be playing in the world.
But that's probably a more extreme way to go. I've never modded more in directly.
