Ed-E My Love

i have this mission called "Ed-E My Love" for this robot companion i just unlocked and it says to go to the Novac junk yard place but when i get there nothing happens, i talked to the old lady and nothing happens but vendor/repair from her. am i missing something? no clue what to do

yes i do, he's been following me around killin some wasteland beasts like fly's and scorpions. hes super cool too with his music intro to combat.

the quest says to bring Ed-E to the scrapyard, there is even a quest marker there where the old lady is but talking to her does nothing, i can just trade/repair or say goodbye

is that your first time meet gibson lady or second time, if you meet her already without ede, the next quest will not trigger and its not a bug, it just how obsidian made it, luckily, ede is easily can be trigger with any npc that talk abt Helios one, you can meet a lot of npc that talk abt helios one - this is spoiler im afraid

when i go to HELIOS One i talked to some lady outside but that didnt do anything, i went everywhere inside and didnt see anyone named Ignacio Rivas, i found some password terminal tapes but that was it.

Ignacio is in the back by Fantastic. If you can't find them, talk to the NCR lady outside and get the quest That Lucky Old Sun. The marker will point you to Fantastic.

ah tyvm for the help, i tracked That Lucky Old SUn and was able to find him

Make sure you go through ALL the dialogue options with Lady Gibson. Who knows, ED-E might remember something.
