Reputation isn't as simple as raising and lowering it.
There's two stats, fame and infamy. Both only go up and can never go down. Aka you do bad things and it will always be remembered.
With a mixed reputation, if you do nothing but good things for the NCR, the best you can get now is Good-Natured Rascal
"Your reputation as a good-natured friend of the community manages to outshine your dark side.".
You will never be able to get idolized now for instance. And if you do more things to gain infamy, you can possible drop lower and never be in the good books of NCR.
However there is one exception to this rule. Both the NCR and legion have a point in the main quest where they will reset your infamy one time only. When you enter the lucky 38 the first time for the NCR infamy reset and when you confront Benny in tops for legion infamy reset.
To raise more fame, just do quests for NCR people. Camo macarran has a lot, and basically every NCR camp has one quest associated with it.
and should i replay to my old save?
It just gets worse as you go on, like wild child is considered a negative reputation and is the max you can get if your infamy is too high, and that wouldn't allow you access to the safehouse and other perks that come from high reputation.
Unless you're trying to be a die hard NCR loyalist, I wouldn't bother reloading. Good natured rascal is good enough.
So even if you do have the mixed rep, it’s probably not going to be an issue in the long term
That said, if you killed the NCR members that were part of the King’s quest line you may still want to consider reloading as you may have shot down the truce between the Kings and the NCR
So basically, your current rep isn’t really an issue unless they start shooting at you, but if you are trying to stabilize Freeside you may want to reload if you’re going for the NCR ending
