I was trying to do the brotherhood quests and I figured that I should do "there stands the grass" since I was going to vault 22. I got to the point where you have to go to level 2 and talk with her but I got there and I couldn't find her so I tried "tcl" in case she got stuck out of the map; she wasn't there so I tried teleporting her to me and spawning her but neither worked.


Edit: I feel like I should say I'm playing the steam version and the objective marker is in the middle of the room.

Welcome to the "There stands the grass" quest. Best way long term fix to this bug? Dont do the quest. Dont even talk to Keely. Dont even ever come near Vault 22 again.

For now: If spawning her doesnt work: Wait for a few weeks. Literally, just press T and wait for 24 hours, keep doing that till shes there. Heck that doesnt even fix it most of the time.

tried waiting 20 times unsurprisingly did NOTHING especially annoying since the bug is on a replay and this quest worked for me in my first playthrough. I would load a previous save if I didn't do a lot of questing between that save and the bug.

Try going to the cave in level 5 and see if she's around there

She should get enabled when you speak to Angela Williams about her. That's the only place that enables her.
