removing night vision effect

I use the head of the Old world blues hazmat suit (The ones that the ghosts wear) and I was wondering if I can turn off the gameboy puke color. (Preferably not by mods). I really just like the look of the helmet, so I don't care for the effects.

Not really possible to turn off the night vision otherwise afaik, there's a script attached to the helmet that you can't toggle off in vanilla.

No, if you scroll to the very bottom of the Nexusmods registration page there ought to be an option to just create a free basic account. Nexusmods is entirely free, though some people pay for a premium account for faster download speeds, no ads and other small benefits that aren't really that important to casual users.
