Where's the Crimson Caravan merchant?

For some reason, he's not showing up at their headquarters. I wait there all day, and still, he doesn't appear. In all the playthrough's I've ever done, this is the first time he's failed to appear at his stall. Is there something I need to do before he starts showing up?

Have you checked the barracks? He has to to walk to his stall so give him time, waiting with the wait feature doesn't cut it.

Did you support him in Goodsprings?
Was he still alive after the fight with the powdergangers?
Obviously if he died back then he won't show up.

That's not the guy I'm talking about. I'm talking about the guy who operated the merchant stall in the Crimson Caravan headquarters.

I was just talking to him in my game, and there wasn't anything funky with him. Did you try a "placeatme" command?
