Sleeping one hour heals but sleeping multiple hours does not

Does anyone know why?
Is this a bug?
Playing on normal, when I sleep for one hour I am healed, for multiple hours no heal.

Only mods are YUP and performance fixes

To Smokedice and Salamand3r, I will state that sleeping in unowned beds does in fact fully heal in vanilla with Hardcore disabled. 'Can confirm as in my current playthrough's early game I went to Primm often to sleep in the mattresses in the Bison Steve in order to fully heal back up for free.

Sleeping in a bed didn't restore my HP, is it because i'm playing hardcore mode?

Sleeping in beds (or bed rolls in some cases) definitely heals hp. In hardcore mode, i am pretty sure you need a doc, stimpack or time to heal.
In hardcore mode you have food, h20, and sleeping values. You need to sleep, just like you need to eat or drink. However sleep doesn't heal you. For crippled limbs you need to use the doctor's bag or see a doctor. Stimpacks also might heal slightly damage to limbs.

Either OP is indenial and trolling.

You can't sleep in owned beds. Killing the owners of the bed makes it unowned and you can sleep and heal after sleeping on their bed. It's not owned if they're dead.

And it's been that way since Fallout 3. Sleeping in any bed that isn't owned will fully heal you and regenerate your limb health.

This is probably your problem, vortex is garbage and can't do archive invalidation properly.

I was unable to reproduce it with those three loaded. My guess is some strange unique glitch has effected you.

The mods he has have no loose asset files - AI isn't relevant. Vortex is fine for what he's currently doing.

Do you think it's a save file glitch or would uninstalling/reinstalling everything be a better thing to do?

It's worth trying to start a new save over reinstalling, see if that fixes it.
