Cant start NCR quests
I first started with house but now i want to join the NCR but i cant find the ambassador to start the first quest.What do i do?

How far into house have you done? Do you have a failed quest in your journal called don't tread on the bear? If so then you are too late to work for the ncr.

How do i view the failed quests?

Go into quests in the data section of the pip boy. There should be an option up there to see completed quests and failed quests. See if "don't tread on the bear" is in there.

What mission are you on for house? Don't tread on the bear becomes an active quest after a certain point, and it's basically a warning that if you continue that quest line, you will block out ncr quests. Once that quest is considered failed, you've gone too far to go back

I only see the the quests i can complete and some others that are already completed not those i have failed
I am on the fifth mission of house

Yeah he is not there..
I just wanted good karma and whatever i do on house always wins V i get bad karma thats why i tried getting on the NCR

I just wanted good karma and whatever i do on house always wins V i get bad karma thats why i tried getting on the NCR

Karma is pretty much useless in this game. Plus you just gotta kill a single ghoul and you'll Regain all the karma you lost from that quest and then some.
