New bug in Old World Blues

So i was playing OWB and I got a weird thing happening, I cant install the sink(the one that gives water) at the sink, I have the intelligence module thing for it, its the only one left but strangely when I activate it it starts conversation as if its already installed. I think I have one mod that makes changes to OWB and its TSC Vegas Commander. I think I can continue like this the sink seems to be installed like this but the objective marker for "All my friends have off switches" is stuck on the sink so I can't complete it.
