Yes, the site is safe, dont let anyone tell you otherwise. m pretty sure if you buy this then steam is like "Oh you already have the game so well just give you the DLC's."
And unless you purchase their additional protection plan, customer service won't help.
And when you do purchase it, in my experience it's a 2+ hour web chat session to prove you know how to activate a key on Steam, followed by them refusing it anyway because apparently it's the customers fault that region wasn't specified by the seller
This has happened to myself and thousands of others, again well documented, thousands of times.
Your personal anecdote with a miniscule sample size is counter to objective statistical data.
This is on top of the fact that multiple indie game developers and publishers have literally been put out of business due to the criminality of the key black market - even if you personally don't buy indie keys, you are supporting an actively harmful and often illegal enterprise.
Use it yourself if you want to take the risk. Recommending it to others is utterly irresponsible.
I don't like destroying the livelihood of independent developers, I don't like supporting identity theft, I don't like supporting currency manipulation that in the long run causes higher pricing in developing countries (this is one reason Bethesda often doesn't offer lower regional pricing in the developing world).
You saving a few bucks is supporting criminal behavior, scamming, and actively harming other gamers in less affluent countries.
So on second thought, I take back the word "irresponsible" and replace it with "unethical, immoral, uncaring, and thoughtless" on your part.
At least you admit it, most internet denizens would try to justify it.
