Brotherhood Friendly, what to do with the securitron army?

So I'm doing a run where I try to keep the Brotherhood's intrests in mind while i decide the fate of the Mojave. Now I've already become a Paladin and the idea is that whatever the courier does is secure BOS foothold in the region, but I'm unsure what to do with the securitron army. Now fair warning but this will require some silly head-canon (considering the Brotherhood isn't a major faction), but what would be best? Destroying the securitron army is the only thing that will give me an ending slide for the BOS in the game (yes, I've picked McNamara) is destroying the army. On the other hand, not having the whole army would make the Brotherhood vulnerable if the NCR/Legion chooses to attack once more. So, should I blow up the bunker and let no-one have it, or make up my own head-canon ending where the BOS used the securitron army to secure their power over Vegas and beyond?

I mean, House wants nothing more than skilled people working for me. Who else is more skilled than the people who spend every second of their life cataloging and studying advanced technologies? Only a moron would let such talent go to waste in a post apocalyptic world. And if House isnt a moron, he would make such a deal
