Funny, they were right about their views on this bunch of ghouls trying to get in.
I like to think that Gustavo was right about Roy being close to becoming feral, but that the rest of his and the other resident's unwillingness to let ghouls in was just bigotry. I also think it serves as a warning: No matter how much you might agree with a leader's goals, they will always expletive things up in search of their own power if they have a fanatical following behind them.
