You can add the keycard through the console, save and quit the game. Then load your save and achievements will be back up.

I think a console command for this specific item is fair enough since it wasn't supposed to happen. I don't wanna load a previous save cause I started the quest like 20 hours ago.
Thanks for the explanation, I noticed that with Fallout 3 and New Vegas, even Skyrim on Xbox, items tends to fly or clip a lot with hit or barely touched, that's annoying but as long as I can fix that without losing progress, ruining the game or blocking achievements, I'm ok with it.
I just want to play the game as intended
