Aba Daba Honeymoon and the Khan Trick

I'm trying learn every special unarmed move in the game, and thus far I have. All except for one, the Khan Trick. I had failed Aba Daba Honeymoon because the Fiends were already hostile to me the moment I showed my face, that, and because I forgot why I was there and splattered Motor Runner all over the wall without knowing my mistake. How do I complete this quest? Also just to state, Motor Runner wasn't exactly in a "talking" mood, so I can't just revert to a save and be nice about it.

Pretty sure you can't at this point. It's an easy quest to break.

No backup saves means I'd just use the console command; player.addperk 0015b8e7

I was hoping to do it without cheating, but I looked up the perk on a Fallout wiki and even there it described the quest as buggy and hard to complete. I guess it's my reward for killing Motor Runner.
