Weapons of the new millenia not working

I had a long text bout this but I missclicked and its gone.
Long story short I need help with the weapons of the new millenia from nexus mod.
I downoaldedit and copied the premade weapons... from the rar file and posted it into the data folder in the game files as said I was in the game checked gun runners, nothng maybe they have to restock idk.
Could someone with experience with this mod tell me how the mod works and where are the files suposed to go, please?

looked in goodsprings for the gun cabinet its not there please help i dont know how to activate the mod
