Regardless of your skill with computers, those are all mods you *should* already have as they fix bug and problems with the base game that will effect you anyway.
Those aren't so much dependencies for this mod as they are dependencies for stable and functional New Vegas.
You simply can't make a Pip-Boy remover mod that doesn't break in at least a few instances without using modern script extender plugins. That's why this is the *only* Pip-Boy remover mod you should even consider using.
