Aba daba honeymoon bug?

I'm at the point where I finish delivering the package to a guy at Crimson Caravan and supposed to head back to Diane to get a new job to do. Yet when I talk to Diane, there are no "finished delivery" dialogue option for me to select, just her keep asking whether I delivered or not. How to solve this bug?

I know the next job is related to Vault 3 at South Vegas ruins, I killed all the fiends at South Vegas ruins and at Zapp's neon signs, EXCEPT Vault 3, not sure if this is the problem.

how to do that? I've only found commands that completes the quest entirely, not progress the quest stage

You'll need the correct objectives to be displayed or completed, and to not have failed the quest.
I think it's possible to bug Diane and get the package for Motor-Runner before delivering the other one to Don Hostetler, so make sure you haven't been given the other package yet.
(I would guess that happened because they gave the Motor-Runner delivery objective the lower number of 20, and the Crimson Caravan objective 30 despite it actually coming first, and then they gave Diane the payment objectives 35 for the Crimson Caravan and 40 for Motor-Runner which is the other way around.)

This objective needs to be completed
30 Deliver drugs to Don Hostetler at the Crimson Caravan.

35 Return to Diane for your payment.

Edit: Another thing you could try is completing this objective before trying to continue the quest with Diane, then rewarding yourself the caps and reputation.

It says on the wiki that you can possibly fix it by changing into legion faction armour. but I don't see how that has any relevance considering Diane's conditions in the Geck.
